I was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Russia. Currently, I reside in Greensboro, North Carolina. I am a chemist by training, working at a major pharmaceutical company in that capacity.
At first jewelry was my hobby - something I did because I loved geology and the intellectual and emotional stimulation it provided. However, the more I learned, the more it drew me in.The intricacies of crafting new designs, learning different silversmithing techniques, and seeing my ideas and fantasies materialize into beautiful jewelry animates my life in more ways that I can count.
Dear visitors, I hope you can find something to your liking on this website. Whatever combination of design and/or stone you may chose, I would be happy to handcraft it for you. You may also pick your own stones to be used in my designs. I would love to hear your feedback either through email or snail-mail.
Many different metal working techniques can be used to produce an individual piece of jewelry. However, in many cases a single technique gives a setting it's defining characteristic or "Look" .
My archive catalog is organized by the main technique which gives each setting its "Look":
Assembling, Forming , Jewelry with Coins, Fusion, Hammered, Reticulation , and Straw Cast.
If item in my catalog sold you can see this item in Archive, but you may place a custom order for any "sold" piece. All my work is hand fabricated, so there will be minor variations. Handcrafted jewelry will include subtle differences.
